Terms of Service
These terms cover any website, chatbot, automation, software, audit or design work ordered through michaellogic.eu or by email. Placing an order, replying to a quote to confirm it, or making a payment means you accept them.
Who you are contracting with
Michael Dragutin Planinci, an independent freelance provider based in Zagreb, Croatia, trading as MichaelLogic Intelligence. Contact: hello@michaellogic.eu. There is no separate company; the freelancer above is personally responsible for the work.
What is offered
The current services and prices are the ones listed on the site at the time you order: websites, AI chatbots, automation, custom software, the Quick Analysis and Legal Contract Review reports, and Design Studio logo and graphics packages. Prices are in EUR and are the total price unless the order confirmation says otherwise. If you need a formal invoice or tax documentation for your own accounting, ask before you pay.
Ordering and payment
- An order is confirmed once you pay through the site's checkout, or once you confirm a quote sent by email.
- Payment is by card or PayPal, processed entirely by PayPal. Card details are never seen or stored by MichaelLogic Intelligence; see the Privacy Policy for how that works.
- For larger projects, work may be split into milestones with a payment due at each stage. This will be agreed with you before work starts.
Cancellations and refunds
The short version. Cancel before work starts, get a full refund. Cancel after work has started, you keep what was delivered and pay only for work already done.
- Before work starts: full refund, no questions asked.
- After work starts: you are refunded for any part of the project not yet delivered, minus any cost already committed on your behalf, such as a domain name purchase. Work already completed is not refunded, and you keep it.
- Fixed, single-delivery items, the Quick Analysis report, the Legal Contract Review, and Design Studio logo and graphics packages, are delivered complete in one piece. Once the report or design files have been sent to you, the order is final, because the entire deliverable has already been provided.
If you are a consumer ordering for personal, non-business use, EU law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online order. By asking for work to start straight away, an option offered on every quote, you agree that this right ends once the service has been fully carried out, in line with the cancellation terms above. This does not affect your other consumer rights.
Delivery, revisions and your part
Turnaround times quoted on the site, such as 48 hours for a first website version or 3 business days for a Quick Analysis, start once you have provided everything needed to begin: your content, access to any existing accounts, and answers to any questions asked. Delays on your side push the delivery date back by the same amount. The number of revisions included is the number stated for the package or tier you ordered.
Ownership of the work
Once an order is paid in full, ownership of the code, design files or written report produced for you transfers to you. Until then, it remains the property of MichaelLogic Intelligence. Reusable building blocks, such as general-purpose code components not written specifically for your project, remain the property of MichaelLogic Intelligence and may be used again in other work. Unless you ask for confidentiality, completed projects may be shown as portfolio work.
The Legal Contract Review is not legal advice
This report is a practical business review of your documents, written by someone who has completed Harvard's contract law coursework. It is not legal advice, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any form of legal representation. For contracts with significant money or risk attached, have a qualified, licensed lawyer review them as well.
What is not guaranteed
Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill, but no specific business outcome, such as a number of sales, leads, search ranking, or conversion rate, is promised or guaranteed, since these depend on many factors outside this work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Croatian law, total liability for any claim relating to the work is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, arising from the work.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. If a project includes registering a domain name or hosting on your behalf, that domain or hosting account is subject to the relevant provider's own terms and remains billed to whichever account holds it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply retroactively to work already ordered under the previous terms.
